WORK EXPERIENCE:
5 years of experience in Instrumentation maintenance especially in Lab Instruments used in Petrochemical Industries.
JOB REQUIREMENT {BUT NOT LIMITED TO).
• Understand and follow plant safety standards and procedures. Familiar with typical petrochemical plant safety hazards.
• Follow standard maintenance procedures.
• Follow manufacturer’s troubleshooting and maintenance procedures
• Use and care for test and calibration equipment
• Implement good housekeeping practice.
• Troubleshoot and repair analyzer sampling systems.
• Wei familiar with lab PM (Preventive Maintenance) jobs.
• Maintain (of auxiliary equipment such as: vent fume hoods, chillers, HVAC etc.
• Troubleshoot and repair laboratory analytical equipment of following:
 Gas Chromatographs
 XRF spectrophotometer
 Press Molding Machine
 Total Organic compound
 Melt index analyzer
 pH and Conductivity Analyzer, Mettles-Toledo
 Dew Point Meter
 Oxygen Analyzer,
 Spectrometer. UV VIS
 Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer
 Blown Film Extruder
 Maintain carrier and standard gas systems.
• Overhaul sample valves and other analyzer equipment
• Proficient with P&IO, Loop, Logic and Electrical Drawings.
• Perform daily laboratory preventive maintenance procedures.
• Install and modify sample systems and tubing,
• Install and commission new analyzers.
• Work as a team member with operations, technical. And maintenance.
• Participate in other laboratory activities.
• Improve instrument reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Participate in company safety and training programs.
• Work as Laboratory Technician when required.
• Assist Service Engineers or different analyzers/Instruments during Vendor's contract annual preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Report on work progress & maintenance activities.
