2. Daily manpower-planning for Motor assembly & disassembly according given schedule.
3. Follow and complete scope of work of received Motors.
4. Preparation & Submit dispatch inspection report received Motors.
5. Arrangement of require spares of motor overhauling & winding.
6. Co-ordination with machine shop supervisor to repair motor parts.
7. Trouble shooting and analysis of Motors faults and remedies.
8. Final inspection of Motor before dispatch.
9. Basics knowledge of rotating equipment components mechanical repair techniques.
10. Basics knowledge of rotating equipment parts machining fit, tolerances, and interchangeability.
11. Basics knowledge of power tools and fixture to be used for rotating equipment repair work.

1. Preparation & accounting of technician work time sheet.
2. ISO Documentation.
3. Monitoring of Shop- floor Housekeeping.
4. Drawing & drafting for re-fabricated motors or machines parts.
