Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trainer to join our organization specializing in turnaround and shutdowns training within the oil and gas sector. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting both technical and soft skills training programs, ensuring our workforce is equipped with the skills and mindset required for efficient, safe, and high-quality operations. This role involves collaboration with supervisors to deliver job-specific training for roles such as pipefitters, hydrojetters, and breathing apparatus (BA) technicians, along with facilitating team-building and ownership sessions.
