Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
2. Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment
3. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
4. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for executive meetings and presentations.
5. Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as needed.
6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
7. Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
8. Take note of and follow-up all appointments of the management
9. Prepare the meeting minutes appropriately for all management meetings that require such meeting minutes and distribute them to the concerned parties.
10. Ensure that the management office is always kept in a clean and orderly manner
11. Carry out all other duties assigned by managers not specified in the job description.
12. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
2. Pleasing personality with good interpersonal relations.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
