Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure the reception, storage, dispatch and daily management of the spare parts and other stocks under maintenance department.
2. Ensure the management of inventories: control of the rotation of goods, verification of their availability, procurement from suppliers and inventory control
3. Ensuring that the store is kept clean and organized.
4. Ensure to keep full records for all spare parts
5. Coordinate with suppliers wherever required
6. Regular stock checks and audits.
7. Collaboration with other departments.
8. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports and analysis to the management
Requirements:
1. Diploma of Associate engineering in any category
2. Proficiency in proper bookkeeping and inventory management software.
3. Advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
4. 3 to 5 years of applicable field experience.
5. Effective communication skills.
6. Must be computer literate, be organized, able to priorities and deliver within high pressure business critical environments.
7. Must be fluent in English
