Responsibilities
Manage ground services: Oversee the ground handling of aircraft, load control, and aircraft dispatch
Ensure safety compliance: Implement and maintain Safety Management Systems (SMS) and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage relationships: Work with key stakeholders and internal departments to organize logistics
Address disruptions: Respond to issues and problems that arise
Drive performance: Monitor performance and cost efficiency
Evaluate talent: Assess the performance of staff and ensure they are in the right roles
Develop client relationships: Ensure client satisfaction and provide an outstanding customer experience
