Job Purpose
As an experienced Project Engineer to oversee different projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Job Summary
The role of the Project Engineer is to ensure that engineering design, procurement, construction and project completion is done in compliance with the project objective and contractual requirements i.e. project schedule, cost, HSE, company standards and procedures.

Experience
Min 5 years’ experience in Project Management (Preferred: - Petrochemical or Oil & Gas field related experience)
Job Responsibilities
1. Carries out conventional Project Management tasks requiring broad application of engineering knowledge, regulations, and standards.
2. Facilitates & ensures the project schedule and plans to successfully deliver assigned project’s.
3. Ensure safety measures are implemented in the project’s execution.
4. Carries out review of Technical Proposals, Conduct Technical Bid Clarifications, Create Technical Bid Evaluations.
5. Facilitates & Manages review of engineering studies, preliminary engineering, detail design, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, handover, commissioning, startup, and close out.
6. Monitor and Control project progress throughout the project life cycle from Initiation to closeout.
7. Review weekly and monthly project progress reports, monitor progress of the contracts, including project costs and schedule. Attend project meetings e.g. progress, stakeholders, design review, value improvement, etc.
8. Identifies and analyzes the risks of the project, identifies, and implements mitigatory actions.
9. Ensure timely resolution of project issues arising in all phases of the project.
10. Lead the Execution of CAPEX projects according to the scope, schedule, and budget.
11. Prepare/Review monthly project performance reports showing the status of design, material procurement, construction, milestones, commitments, payments, charges, variances from standards, waivers and problems and present them to higher management.
12. Be fully familiar with company Key Performance Indices (KPIs) and achieve them for assigned projects.
