Qualifications:
• Academic – Electrical or electrical & telecommunication Engineering Graduate from reputed University
• IT - M.S. Office (Advanced user of Excel), AutoCAD
• Professional - Estimation software’s like Candy/ Timberline precision estimating etc.
Experience : between 5 to 8 years experience in estimating electrical and low currents works etc ..

Job Activities:
• Review of tender documents, identification of major risks.
• Identifying discrepancies between BOQ, Drawings, & Specifications and corresponding with the clients for clarifications.
• Attending Job explanation meetings/ Site visits and record the observations.
• Obtaining Quotations and their Technical & Commercial evaluations.
• Building up the unit prices accurately incorporating any special conditions and paying attention to all details from specs, drawings, thus Estimating Direct Costs of Material, Labor & Equipment
• Developing Indirect Costs of a Project, job overheads and profit mark ups.
• Estimating Value Engineering Options as required
• Variation Orders for the ongoing projects.
