Responsibilities -
1. Review plans and specifications: Review construction plans, specifications, and drawings to understand the project requirements
2. Inspect materials: Inspect materials, products, and processes for defects or irregularities
3. Test products: Test products with calipers, gauges, or micrometers
4. Measure products: Measure products to ensure they meet specifications
5. Identify issues: Identify issues early on and create punch lists to document them
6. Recommend adjustments: Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process
7. Report issues: Report inspection and test data, and communicate issues to operators, maintenance, and supervisors
8. Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations
9. Follow safety precautions: Follow all safety precautions while performing tasks
