Supervise and direct the HSE officer on site and provide technical advice on the implementation of ADNOC HSE standard requirements.
Ensure full supervision and monitoring of HSE activities.
Responsible for the implementation of HSE training within the project.
Participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents and near-misses and follow up on improvement suggestions.
In case of danger, report to HSE Manager immediately and take action.
Participate in live TBT talks. Check and ensure that personnel are properly wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) to enter the site. Assist with PTW and ensure that all necessary documents and attachments are complete. Participate in security meetings and follow up to ensure the implementation of meeting results.
Inspect and maintain fire and safety equipment regularly.
Carry out HSE on-site inspection, put forward rectification requirements for non-conformity and urge rectification, and ensure PTW meets requirements.
Prepare HSE management documents such as HSE related plans and schemes, emergency drill plans, and supervise, guide and guarantee the implementation of the plans.
Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports, inspection lists, forms and other reports and records and submit them to HSE administer.
