Certificate：qualified certificate of IGC (ADNOC Approved)，or any other HSE certificate（considered by ADNOC).
Mandatory：possess professional knowledge of IVMS app and UAE license

Check the site conditions and the implementation of traffic safety control measures.
Report any problems that do not meet the requirements of ANDOC procedures and laws and regulations to the manager of HSE Department and put forward suggestions for improvement. Check the mobile equipment and vehicles on approach to ensure compliance.
Collect information about all incoming mobile equipment, vehicles and their operators to ensure that they meet ANDOC requirements and organize inspection.
Organize and record driver safety training regularly or as required.
Ensure that all persons approved and required to operate motor vehicles are widely aware of driving rules and regulations.
Check and verify that all project vehicles and mobile equipment are maintained in accordance with ADNOC requirements.
Ensure that all accidents involving vehicles and equipment are investigated, that preventive measures are implemented, and that these measures are communicated and implemented to relevant personnel.
Verify that all planned trips are necessary and adequately planned, and verify that the vehicles used are suitable for the task.
Ensure that the driver performs all necessary vehicle inspections and reports any defects found during the inspections.
Check the distance and time of travel to ensure that the driver is not working overtime.
Develop contingency plans for each trip to deal with possible delays and verify that the driver knows and understands the actions that need to be taken in case of an emergency.
In coordination with the local government CICPA and the UAE Traffic Police, police are expected to patrol major roads during peak hours.
Attend RSMT meetings and work with ADNOC Onshore Road Safety Coordinator to determine and approve road flow maps and assess access feasibility in the work area.
Monitor all project vehicles, including those of subcontractors.
Ensure safe access to all work sites. Complete records according to ANDOC procedures.
