Briefing of Duties and responsibilities:
• Study the scope of work and plan the sequence of activities, plan the resources, material and tools.
• Identify the materials to be procured Ensure material requests are issued on time.
• Manage the resources including subcontractors and ensure optimum utilization of resources to maximize productivity.
• Overall responsible for the allocated staff and workman to ensure the respective jobs supervisors are being supported with adequate resources.
• Ensure each job is allocated with safe coverage and all the activities are executed safely.
• Motivate the subordinates with respect to safety, quality, and productivity.
• Closely monitor the progress and do necessary corrective actions as required.
• Interact with subcontractors to ensure they are aware of the scope, criticality and client expectations interns of safety, Quality and schedule.
• maximize safety/efficiency/productivity and ensure proper Handover is done between the shifts.
• Ensure that continual safety vigilance and awareness is reinforced to all subordinates and ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of safety.
• Ensure all company reports, schedules and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications/Experience:
• Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years experience in oil and gas industry in executing Major SD.
• At least have handled 10 Major SD (800 manpower per shift) at the capacity static equipment superintendent.
• Good understanding of various static equipment, Piping specification and quality standards
• Ability to lead the team with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Medically and Physically Fit
• Good contractual and commercial concepts.
