Position : Maintenance Supervisor MEP (Commercial/ Residential Buildings HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing Systems Maintenance)

Qualification, Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to the followings):
1. Diploma Holder in Refrigeration & Air conditioning or Mechanical.
2. 6-8 years’ experience in same position.
3. Expert in troubleshooting (Mechanical/Electrical control) of all types of air conditioning units such as chillers, package, ducted split, etc.
4. Supervises, evaluates and reports on daily activities of all preventive & corrective maintenance tasks related to electromechanical systems and ensures their performance in conformity with the prescribed work methods, quality standards & safety guidelines.
5. Able to guide, monitor, and control multinational maintenance staff such as A/c technicians, Assistant A/c technician, Electricians, Plumbers etc. in day-to-day activities.
6. Arranges for deployment of technicians on daily basis in order to promptly attend to urgent complaints as per work orders & Helpdesk requests.
7. Coordinates closely with Client / Help Desk personnel in order to identify maintenance needs & actions as appropriate.
8. Coordinates closely with purchaser to arrange the required spare parts and ability to arrange the alternate spare parts through purchaser whenever required.
9. Able to develop and complete Planned Preventive Maintenance in accordance to agreed schedule and achieve completion rate as specified in Services contract with the Client.
10. Maintain the response time as agreed with the client.
11. Maintain Customer satisfaction for all the works carried out through open, regular and clear communication.
12. Able to prepare all types of reports (work progress, time sheets, technical reports & etc.).
13. Able to reads & interprets blueprints & diagrams/sketches to ensure accuracy of trouble-shooting & repair jobs.
14. Able to work under pressure.
15. Working experience on any Maintenance software will be considering an added advantage.
16. Good command of English (Reading/Writing) and computer (MS Office).
17. Previous experience in GCC countries is a plus.
18. Should have valid driving license.
19. Performs any other related duties as required.
