Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating layflat hose machines or similar machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of the technical aspects of layflat hose / PVC Extruder machinery, including machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify defects and quality issues in products and equipment, and make necessary adjustments.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly address any machine malfunctions or production bottlenecks.
• Safety Knowledge: Understanding of workplace safety procedures and ability to implement these in daily operations.
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and maintenance staff.
