Job Overview:
We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our scaffolding manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising labour, monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, and overseeing the loading/unloading of materials. Require hands-on experience in factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage labour to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee scaffolding manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Conduct quality control inspections to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor and coordinate the loading and unloading of materials for dispatch and storage.
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and tools to minimize downtime.
• Report material requirements to management.
• Prepare and submit daily production and labour reports to management.

Requirements:
• Minimum education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a scaffolding, steel, or construction materials manufacturing factory.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage labor effectively.
• Technical knowledge of scaffolding materials, welding, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Communication in English & Urdu/Hindi required
