1 Minimum Qualifications, Experience and Competencies requirement of Contractor personnel Following shall be minimum requirements for the resources supplied under this amendment. This shall be read along with the requirements mentioned in the Scope of Work under Category-B of existing contract. Wherever there is a conflict this document prevails.

1.1 Language:
▪ Working level Read, Write, Understand competency in English language.
1.2 Safety:
Applicable to all Contractor Personnel
▪ Shall be well familiar with the hazardous chemicals / materials used in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry, their hazards, and safe practices to perform the installation/maintenance activity safely.
▪ Shall always adhere to QAFCO’s Safety requirements.
▪ Shall have knowledge about PTW system in large scale industries and shall pass COMPANY’s PTW acceptance authorization tests.
▪ Shall understand and work within the framework of COMPANY’s Maintenance procedures, HSEQ Policy, and regulations.
1.3 Job specific:
Technicians - Technical Diploma in respective trade (10+3 years) 07 years relevant and hands-on experience in respective trade, in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry *

Mechanical Technicians:

· Mechanical maintenance and Troubleshooting activities in the continuous operation plants including.
· Maintenance of Automatic bagging machines and air compressors including but not limited to, sewing machine, belt conveyors, screw compressors, dryers, filters and other installed components in the system.
· Installation, removal and fixing of conveyors and components, ship loader components, filters, dryer components, actuators, Pneumatic cylinders & load cells. Maintenance of all types of Valves.
· Handling different types of tools used for maintenance activities and works in high elevation with adequate safety protective equipment.
· Rotating equipment PM and maintenance activities. (Installation, removal and fixing back of Pumps, blowers, screw compressor elements, conveyor drive unit including motor, fluid coupling, gearbox and pulleys).
· Check work quality and take corrective action to rectify the detect/faults through the work examination methods and standards.
· Lubrication (oil replacement & greasing) of installed equipment
· Thorough understanding of the Isometrics, mechanicals drawings and datasheets.
· Cleaning, preserving & maintaining the removed parts of the equipment.
· Good HSEQ record in his past working.
· Read, understand, and execute the jobs as per standard operating procedure/ work instruction
