The MEP Technician will be qualified and experienced in Air Conditioning, Mechanical Systems & BMS basics and is the principal technical resource in the maintenance teams. He must have a very welldeveloped understanding of maintenance principles and understand the importance of planned maintenance techniques. The MEP technician will also be responsible for managing resources appropriately to ensure that maintenance tasks are carried out at the planned frequencies and standards.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Execute planned maintenance tasks in accordance with schedules
• Attend and perform reactive and breakdown works as required
• Organise support staff within team to reach planned objectives
• Provide technical advice and support to maintenance teams and management.
• Diagnose defects and faults reported and provide appropriate cost effective technical solutions
• Liaise with sub contractors to monitor performance and acquire knowledge of specialist systems.
• Provide reports and documentary records for Archibus system and Concept Evolution
