Job Summary -
Facilities Manager responsible to oversee and maintain the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of our buildings and grounds. In this role, you will collaborate closely with security and maintenance teams, ensuring facilities meet all health, safety, and operational standards. This position is key to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our properties, offering a hands-on opportunity to lead and improve facility operations.
Key Responsibilities -
• Uphold safety standards and cleaning procedures across all facilities.
• Ensure equipment and building provisions comply with health and safety requirements.
• Plan and organize building installations and refurbishments.
• Supervise facility staff and coordinate with external contractors and vendors.
• Manage insurance contracts and ensure facilities comply with regulations and codes.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assign cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members.
• Conduct regular maintenance inspections.
• Monitor the cleanliness and conservation of interior and exterior building areas.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure strict compliance with health and safety policies.
• Provide support for maintenance and installation work when required.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in facilities management or a related field.
• Skilled in MEP design software such as AutoCAD or Revit, and project management tools.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and other building operations.
• Advanced expertise in Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing systems.
• Physical capability to lift heavy objects and perform labor-intensive tasks.
• Excellent time management, multitasking, and team collaboration skills.
