Job Description:
A MIG/FCAW welder combines the skills of a MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welder and a FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) welder. They are proficient in using both processes to join metal parts using a continuously fed wire electrode, either with or without shielding gas, and are responsible for interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, operating machinery, and ensuring weld quality.
