Preferably must have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. The works shall include handling all mechanical issues related to KFUPM projects, as well as carrying out the sustainable planning, design, and construction management, based on the industry standards, latest and prevailing codes and regulations, including coordinating the technical aspects of the tasks. Thus, candidate must be computer-literate (e.g., Revit, Auto-Cad, Primavera P6, and MS Office software, etc.) to effectively, and efficiently handle his project role and responsibilities. He must be able to analyze problems and create innovative solutions by applying technical knowledge. Supervise and analyze the conditional/performance assessment of mechanical utilities and systems in buildings and networks. Capable to understand, inspect and report about the systems and networks related to Mechanical Engineering aspects, including HVAC, water (raw, and domestic) supply system/network, plumbing, fire protection system, storm drainage system, wastewater system, waste recycling system. Guide in developing technically excellent engineering solutions in the built environment. Able to single-handedly manage the preparation and execution of mechanical systems’ retrofits/upgrades as per latest energy efficient technology in coordination with the related trade works such as electrical works, etc. Always focus on energy conservation measures in all aspects of the works. He must also be able to carry out the review of design drawings, material submittals, methodologies, and other concerned documents related to the projects for verification against the design, codes, specifications, and regulations requirements prior to approval.
