3. Installation & Maintenance
o Install, configure, and maintain parking system hardware and software
components.
4. System Updates
o Perform software upgrades and configure new devices to ensure up-to-date and
optimal system performance.
5. Training & Support
o Train staff and end-users on system operations and basic troubleshooting
techniques.
6. Documentation
o Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including diagnostics, repairs,
and resolutions.
7. Ticket Management
o Follow up on open service tickets and ensure timely and complete resolution.
8. Valid Driving License
o A valid driving license is required for site visits and travel to various locations
