• Experience working with Mainframe and Maximo systems.
Creating Service request in Maximo System, after Review, analyze and accurately document.
• Review service requests and convert them into detailed work orders in Maximo.
• Plan preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance tasks. • Allocate resources (manpower, tools, and materials) based on job priority and availability.
• Schedule work in coordination with operations to minimize downtime.
• Tracking the of (CM & PM) work orders from creation to closure.
• Monitor SLA compliance and escalate delays when necessary.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports (open work orders, backlog, Close) for KPI.
• Analyze Maximo data to identify trends in equipment failure and repeated issues.
• Suggest improvements in maintenance planning and preventive strategies.
• Maintain records of completed work orders and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
• Follow health, safety, and compliance protocols in all planning activities.
• Monitoring backlog (PM/CM/Rework) & reporting to the site engineers.
