Job Description:
A Work Permit Receiver ensures safety by thoroughly reviewing a work permit, verifying that all conditions, hazards, and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are understood and in place before, during, and after the work is performed. Key duties include conducting site inspections, ensuring lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed, briefing the work team, continuous monitoring, and properly completing and closing the permit upon work completion.
