Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Supervise and coordinate welders and other fabrication personnel, assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity.
Quality Control:

Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure proper use of protective gear to maintain a safe working environment.
Technical Guidance:
Provide technical advice and training to welders on welding techniques, equipment operation, and quality standards.
Resource Management:
Coordinate and ensure the availability of necessary materials, tools, and equipment for ongoing projects.
Equipment Maintenance:
