• Receive and manage the order from the
system printer.
• Ensure the correct order is processed,
completed and packed accurately and
delivered to the runner.
• Ensure that all orders are ready in a timely
manner.
• Handles the portioning of rice, meat,
chicken and raw food as per SOP
guidelines.
• Handle the packaging of ready orders in
the correct package and close the
container.
• Add all supplements to the order
including sauce, utensils, napkins, as per
the order ticket.
• Communicate with the kitchen staff for
any shortage in material.
• Attach the correct bill to the package to
avoid any mistakes in delivery.
• Maintain order in the area where he is
serving food and frequently clean with
food grade sanitizer.
• Promptly resolve any delays in the
ordering process in a calm and
professional manner.
• Abide by the company’s rules and
regulations.
