• Clean and sanitize designated areas
including dining areas, restrooms, kitchen,
walk-in chiller and exterior area of the
restaurant.
• Sweep, mop and disinfect counters,
floors, walls, mirrors, sinks and hoods,
upholstery as needed.
• Follow precisely the cleaning schedule
checklist.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, including
furniture, decoration and equipment.
• Empty trash bins and dispose waste
properly.
• Reload supplies such as soap, paper
towels, and toilet paper regularly.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs
to the supervisor as soon as discovered.
• Arrange the seating area and maintain its
optimal organization.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to
ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by
the supervisor.
• Follow food and safety procedures.
• Inform storekeeper on any shortage of
supplies.
• Follow Cleaning and Sanitization SOP’s
regarding the kind, quantity and process
of detergents to be used.
• Clean and disinfect the delivery trucks
and chiller cars regularly.
