• Prepare and serve beverages behind the bar.
• Stock juices, coffee and tea, refill garnishes,
polish glasses and stock glassware in the bar
shelves.
• Assist in running the bar service smoothly,
providing Bar Supervisor with glassware, ice
cubes, garnish and drinks.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and supplies
while maintaining the cleanliness of the bar
area.
• Promote new beverages by creating attractive
displays in customer-facing areas.
• Work closely with customers and address their
needs.
• Coordinate between the BOH and FOH to
ensure smooth operations.
• Tracking opening and closing inventory levels.
• Preparing garnishes and juice mixes.
• Sanitizing and refilling ice wells.
• Maintain daily par level control and orders.
• Monitor the daily mise en place related to all
bar sections.
• Restocking the bar for the following shift.
• Assist in the restaurant’s needs as requested by
manager.
