Carry out routine servicing, major overhauls, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on pneumatic winches and hoists.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and operational issues.

Perform dismantling, overhauling, assembly, and testing of equipment as per OEM standards.

Ensure proper calibration and functionality of winches and hoists after maintenance.

Maintain detailed service reports, job cards, and equipment history logs.

Support installation and commissioning of equipment at client sites.

Adhere to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards during all service activities.

Provide technical support and on-site assistance to customers as required.

Identify spare parts requirements and ensure timely requisition.

Collaborate with the service team to ensure jobs are completed on time and meet quality standards.
