Job Description:
An Abrasive Blaster cleans, smooths, and finishes surfaces using a high-pressure stream of abrasive material. The job description includes operating and maintaining blasting equipment, selecting and preparing the correct abrasive media, and masking off areas not to be blasted. Abrasive Blasters must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), ensure safety protocols are followed, and inspect the finished surface to ensure it meets project specifications.
