Should be able to implement stagewise manufacturing quality plans in Fabrication and Assembly of Switchgear / Transformers
Should be able to implement checklists for effective quality control in various stages of manufacturing.
To manage the Production Quality control team to ensure output of quality products.
To co-ordinate with QA department for final quality testing
Implement corrective / preventive actions for quality issues.
Should possess good delegating skills.
Ability to deal simultaneously with various work orders / various products.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to positively motivate individuals and teams to meet or exceed expectations.
Strong planning, organizational skills and diligence are required.
Reporting to the Head of the department for manufacturing.
Experience in a Switchgear industry would be an advantage.
