• Ensure that all work carried out is to a high standard of workmanship as per company policy.
• Troubleshoot fuel, ignition, and emissions control systems, using electronic testing equipment.
• Ensure Fix It Right First Time (FRFT) process and all job cards are finished on time.
• Ensure that there is no overlapping of time allotted for repair of vehicles.
• Ensure to maintain three “C” strategy when writing up the repair completed by him they are concern, cause and cure for all types of repair.
• Performs factory warranty repairs according to established procedures
• Ensure that all hours and material used are accurately recorded
• Minimize wastage of all materials, oil and fluids
• Utilizes Ford-provided technical assistance (e.g., Technical Bulletins, Electronic manuals, Hotlines, OASIS, IDS other literatures)
