Job Description:
A Mechanical Shift Supervisor leads a team during a shift, overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment (pumps, compressors, engines, HVAC) to meet production goals while ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards, handling breakdowns, managing manpower/contractors, planning preventive maintenance, and reporting shift activities. They act as troubleshooters for mechanical issues, manage work permits, and implement continuous improvement.
