• ITI / Technical Trade Certificate preferred.
• Minimum High School or equivalent with relevant experience.
Experience
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in grinding of heavy steel castings.
• Experience in foundry / steel casting / heavy engineering industry preferred.

Skill Requirements
• Strong knowledge of steel casting grinding practices.
• Experience in grinding for NDT inspection preparation.
• Ability to read basic casting drawings and grinding instructions.
• Knowledge of grinding wheel selection and machine handling.
• Experience handling heavy and complex geometry castings.

Physical & Work Conditions
• Ability to work in foundry environment (heat, dust, noise).
• Physically fit to handle grinding tools and heavy work conditions.

Behavioral & Safety Requirements
• Good communication skills to coordinate with production and quality teams
• High attention to detail and discipline in testing frequency
• Awareness of foundry safety practices and PPE usage
Ability to work in shift operations and shop-floor environment
