1. Lead and manage all HSE functions across pipeline construction projects.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with company requirements
and regulatory standards.
3. Promote a positive safety culture by increasing safety awareness and encouraging safe work practices throughout the
organization.
4. Identify industry best practices and implement continuous improvement initiatives to minimize workplace risks and
incidents.
5. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, inspections, and compliance evaluations at project sites.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations, company HSE requirements, OSHA standards, and client
specifications.
7. Plan, coordinate, and deliver HSE training programs covering safety regulations, hazard recognition, emergency
response, and safe use of equipment.
8. Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and occupational injuries; determine root causes and implement corrective
and preventive actions.
9. Provide technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, and support to project teams regarding HSE matters.
10. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and recommend improvements where required.
11. Coordinate emergency preparedness and response plans across project locations.
12. Manage and maintain safety equipment, PPE inventories, and other HSE-related resources.
13. Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, and performance metrics to management and clients.
14. Support strategic HSE planning and contribute to achieving company safety objectives.
15. Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the company HSE Manual, Construction Safety Manual, and
approved project procedures.
