Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop aftermarket sales opportunities for centrifugal pumps across assigned territories.
• Promote and sell spare parts, repair services, site support, performance upgrades, and long-term service agreements (LTSA).
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts in oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and water sectors.
• Conduct site surveys and troubleshooting of pump performance issues.
• Work closely with service centers, OEMs, and supply chain to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit technically and commercially competitive proposals.
• Collaborate with the internal service & engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.
