Conduct scheduled hourly inspections on molded fittings for critical dimensions using vernier calipers,
micrometers, height gauges, and thread plug/ring gauges.
Visually inspect finished products for aesthetic defects, surface blisters, flow marks, sink marks, flash, and
color consistency.
Prepare test specimens and perform destructive/non-destructive tests: Hydrostatic burst pressure, drop
impact, and oven heat reversion.
Identify and immediately quarantine non-conforming products; clearly label defect categories and log data
into daily inspection sheets / ERP.
Verify resin batch numbers, masterbatch ratios, and regrind percentages against approved job orders.
Assist the QA/QC Supervisor during internal quality audits, standard certification tests, and customer sample
approvals
