Job Purpose
Perform activities related to receiving, testing, and analyzing raw material and cement samples during all production
stages, conducting chemical tests and laboratory analyses according to approved procedures, standards, and testing
objectives.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum Diploma in General Chemistry or a related field. Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Chemical
Sciences or related discipline.
Experience: Diploma holders: 2-4 years relevant experience. Bachelor degree holders: 1-2 years relevant experience.
Preferred: Experience within the cement industry.
Professional Certifications: None specified.
Languages: Arabic - Basic | English - Intermediate

Technical Tasks and Responsibilities
1 Receive raw material and cement samples during the shift and record all required testing information.
2 Conduct chemical tests on cement and raw material samples to determine moisture and gypsum content
according to approved specifications and standards.
3 Perform clinker chemical analyses including free lime and insoluble material testing to ensure compliance with
quality standards.
4 Record, archive, and maintain testing results accurately for future reference.
5 Organize and safely store chemicals, liquids, and compressed gases used in laboratory testing.
6 Ensure laboratory equipment and testing tools are maintained and ready for use according to approved
procedures.
7 Adjust and calibrate testing instruments and laboratory devices to ensure accurate results.
8 Report equipment malfunctions or unusual observations and submit maintenance requests for laboratory
instruments, scales, robots, and X-ray equipment.
9 Perform any additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
