Job Purpose
Supervise and monitor crusher and heavy equipment operations during the shift to maintain required raw material
production rates, support operational continuity, prevent interruptions, and ensure readiness of materials, tools, and
resources in accordance with approved procedures and policies.
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum Diploma in a relevant field. Preferred: Bachelor of Engineering accredited by the Saudi Council
of Engineers.
Experience: Diploma holders: 2-4 years. Bachelor degree holders: 1-2 years. Preferred experience in mining and raw
material extraction.
Languages: Arabic - Intermediate | English - Intermediate

Technical Responsibilities
1 Coordinate with Operations to ensure availability and unloading of raw materials according to cement and clinker
production plans.
2 Monitor all crushing and loading activities and direct operators to achieve operational targets safely and efficiently.
3 Inspect worksite roads and arrange grading or water spraying to reduce dust and emissions.
4 Monitor crushers and heavy equipment to ensure efficient operation within capacity limits.
5 Supervise planned crushing and loading activities according to approved procedures and plans.
6 Report breakdowns, malfunctions, and unusual observations affecting operational performance.
7 Review site operator reports and take corrective actions to maintain workflow continuity.
8 Prepare shift reports covering stoppages, breakdowns, causes, production rates, and follow-up actions.
9 Monitor shutdown procedures, parking compliance, cleaning, fueling, and readiness of equipment.
10 Perform additional duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
Administrative Responsibilities
• Conduct regular meetings with subordinates to review priorities and workflow.
• Submit periodic performance and activity reports to management.
• Monitor employee compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate decisions and circulars to team members and ensure implementation.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and provide recommendations.
• Identify training needs and monitor training effectiveness.
• Manage administrative matters such as leave, permissions, and attendance.
• Assign an acting supervisor when required during absence.
