Carrying out routine, preventive, and emergency mechanical maintenance work in accordance with direct
supervisor instructions and established policies and plans.
Monitoring the performance of production units to ensure operation within designated capacity limits, noticing
any abnormal observations affecting unit efficiency.
Identifying and evaluating tools required for mechanical maintenance activities, performing preventive
maintenance on tools to ensure continuous readiness.
Ensuring maintenance tools and supplies are stored in designated places, periodically maintained, and disposing
of job-site waste in compliance with policies.
Executing repairs, welding, cutting, and reconditioning of replaced mechanical components from production units
for reuse without compromising operational efficiency.
Ensuring personal safety procedures are completed before starting work, confirming all work permits, and
electrical isolation (LOTO) forms are verified.
Performing any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor
