Key responsibilities include:
• Assisting with mould installation, removal, clamping, water connections, hydraulic or pneumatic connections, and machine preparation.
• Supporting machine setup and process parameter adjustment.
• Monitoring process stability during production.
• Assisting with material changes, colour changes, drying, and material handling.
• Checking parts during production and reporting defects immediately.
• Supporting first-off inspection and in-process quality checks.
• Helping operators maintain production records and follow work instructions.
• Assisting with troubleshooting machine, mould, material, or process-related issues.
• Supporting basic machine cleaning, mould cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and disciplined working area.
