Job Purpose
Responsible for operating a high-capacity open die forging press (20MN & 45MN) and integrated manipulators to produce high-quality forged components. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, a focus on safety, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and forging sequences. Metallurgy knowledge is a benefit.

Job Responsibilities
• Safely operate hydraulic forging presses and manipulators to shape steel according to customer specifications.
• Set up tooling, die, and machine parameters (pressure, speed, stroke) based on the specific forging cycle and follow the sequence given by the technical team.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of forged parts using measuring tools to ensure compliance with technical drawings.
• Perform basic daily maintenance checks and report equipment for malfunctions or irregularities to the maintenance team immediately.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all PPE and industrial safety protocols.
• Lead the forging crew to comply with all EHSS and Operation requirements and SOPs.
