• All the jobs Programming and planning are met as per standard and drawing
• Designing of Fixtures of the jobs in the best way
• Train the sub-ordinates, with technical ideas, programming methods.
• Supervise the Charge hands and Operators hands along with technical support.
• Meet the delivery and Quality as per standards
• Make sure all the machines and tooling’s are properly used to the optimized level.
• Make sure the team is growing to the required standards and skills by training.
• Develop sub-ordinates to take up more responsibility in future
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the CNC Production field.
• Good Skill in Programming software, like Mastercam,Pro-e,etc
• Good manual and PC Programming knowledge in lathe,milling,edm,etc
• Excellent Technical and fixture designing skills
• Must have Diploma or equivalent in technical field
