Position Purpose
The R&D Manager leads MDICO’s product-development function, converting market
opportunities into technically feasible, commercially viable, regulatory-ready products. The role
covers formulation, testing, scale-up, documentation, cost optimization, and cross-functional
launch support.
Main Accountabilities
 Build and execute the R&D strategy and innovation pipeline.
 Lead development of new products and improvements to existing products.
 Manage R&D staff, budgets, laboratories, suppliers, and project timelines.
 Ensure technical, quality, safety, and regulatory readiness of products.
 Support successful transfer of products from development to manufacturing
