• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Master’s degree is preferable
• Professional membership of relevant Institute i.e. Saudi Council of Engineers, Professional Engineer (PE) and Project Management Professional (PMP)

• 10+ years proven experience in any Engineering discipline, ideally in the environmental sector with an understanding of solid waste management systems.
• Complete understanding of project management, engineering and construction procedures
• Ability to understand the business/department strategy quickly, problem-solve, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of technology to support business management.
• Understanding of how data/metrics can be used to inform future decision making.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with suppliers / contractors.
• Excellent communicator (verbal and written) and a good command of English and ability to present confidently to small and large groups.
• Positive and innovative with a strong work ethic and resilience
• Proficient in Microsoft packages, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCad packages is desirable
• Capable of managing multiple projects, reading drawings and schematics.
