Sr. Manager Centre of Excellence - with GCC experience

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, Training or People Development
• Membership of recognized Institutions or Association – CIPD preferred

Essential:
• 10+ years relevant work experience in a HR, training and People Development for blue chip international and multi-cultural businesses.
• Knowledge of the international training and development sector
• Evidence in delivery of layered training programmes across multiple business streams
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Prior experience with Facilities Management companies is preferred


Desirable:
• Experience of training and people development in the Middle East
• Hotel/ Hospitality Experience
