Sr. Technical architect - with GCC experience
• Bachelor's and/ or higher Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy or Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5 years of experience as business lead and administration.
• Ability to understand the business/department strategy quickly, problem-solve, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in Business administration
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• General knowledge and orientation in administration.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems.
• Leads the department’s business responsibilities providing or coordinating administrative, business and planning activities, human resources, contractual, manpower scheduling, estimating, cost control, assets management and reporting services, and others as required.
• Ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the Department including office/space planning, managing budgets, contracts, new starters and the administrative staff across the Department
• Working with shared services (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal) to ensure the needs of the Department are met and delivered in a timely manner
