Minimum 10+ years
BS degree in Mechanical Engineering
Excellent knowledge in Computer and Microsoft office.
Technical Expertise/certification in COMPANY standards and international codes related to stationary equipment’s refractories such as ASME, API 936 etc.
Asset life assessment (ALA) as per OMS procedures
Carry out investigations and failure analysis to pinpoint the failure/breakdown of stationary equipment/refractory issues. & develop suitable recommendations that will ensure optimum level of integrity.
Completion of ESR/MOC (Engineering Service Request/Management of change) study timely.
TA scope review & support during task force for all stationary equipment/piping. Ensure immediate technical support related to any unexpected findings during TA execution period.
Ensure immediate technical support related to the mechanical integrity of the equipment's with refractory in case of plant emergencies
Participate in or utilize COMPANY ATC virtual domains supports on particular special topic/subject related to stationary equipment as required
Get familiar/involved with development, review and update of fixed equipment/refractory integrity strategy like RBI and RCM or any other methodology followed by the department.
Experience in refinery/petrochemicals industry
Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
Strong knowledge in integrity analysis tools and methodologies for stationary equipment.
High-temperature corrosion & damage mechanism
Knowledge in international codes & standards especially on advanced technology, corrosion & metallurgy.
Technical Expertise in COMPANY standards and international codes related to stationary equipment’s refractories such as ASME, API 580, API 510, API 570, API 571, API 653 etc. but not limited to.
