Education Background:
Two (2) years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent,
Experience:
Ten (10) years of experience in Operations within the Oil and Gas industry, of which at least Four (4) years as Shift Supervisor In similar industry


Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Adherence & enforcement of company HSSE policy
2. Ensure that creation of notifications in SAP is carried out correctly, and that basic data is provided: functional location, malfunction description, damage code, priority, and hazard information.
3. Participate in preparing maintenance or process shutdowns and turnarounds: works scope, prioritisation of notifications (define consequences of malfunctions in terms of sector availability).
4. Communicate and issue precise instructions, both oral and written, to shift Supervisors and Operators to ensure all equipment is prepared for planned maintenance works (corrective and preventive): Responsible for all equipment being drained, and steamed, prior to maintenance operations.
5 Manage a healthy routine of preventive maintenance of equipment's periodically.
6. Manage Routine Maintenance Optimization.
7. Participate in daily maintenance meetings with the Maintenance Leader and Planners to analyse daily notifications, and to contribute to the updating of the weekly maintenance schedule.
8. Participate in the marking priority maintenance activities to guarantee the reliability and operational continuity of equipment and to agree the date of repair. Clearly define the consequences of malfunctions.
