Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration, or closely related major (Preferred)
8 years’ proven experience in business management preferably in the engineering and construction industry

Office and Site Supplies
o Survey team for needed inventory
o Develop and approve procurement list of inventory and specifications
o Identify vendor sources
o Procure contract for inventory
o Develop process for stationery and supplies management
o Maintain storage and distribution of stationery and supplies
IT Equipment & Licenses
o Coordinate with IT equipment and license supply
o Develop and approve list and specifications of IT Equipment, software and licenses by role
o Procure license and software agreements not purchased through IT
o Procure equipment and devices not provided through shared services
o Develop process for license & IT Equipment management and tracking
Vehicles
o Coordinate with Mobility and Transportation supply of vehicles & transportation
o Develop and approve list of Vehicle needs by role

o Insert vehicle requirements into SMP and PMC contracts
o Track and monitor supply of vehicles to SMP and PMCs
Accommodations
o Coordinate provision of accommodations and amenities with Community Services, Projects, Regions, etc.
o Identify list of onsite and remote working personnel by role
o Plan accommodations for ETSD personnel (FTE, SMP, PMC, etc.)
o Determine list of accommodation, amentities and service levels for non FTE
o Insert accommodation requirements into PMC and SMP contracts
o Track and monitor supply of accommodtions, amenities and services to SMP and PMCs
Offices Allocation
o Coordinate provision of offices within Corporate Services, Projects and Regions
o Plan office allocations for ETSD personnel (NC1, NC2, Pioneer, Site Offices, ...) in coordination with divisions
o Insert office requirements into PMC
