Role – Equipment Manager/Section Head
Job Description:
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate the work within the department and suppliers.
• Experience working on multidisciplinary projects of high complexity and a working knowledge of the local environment, Industrial services, particularly working in Middle East.
• Experience in construction/plant tools/equipment such as large and small moving machines(forklift/crane/bulldozer) and non-moving machines(generators)
• Experience in handling multiple sites and operations management.
• Experience in installation of industrial equipment, tracking of the equipment installed on site, Monitoring, and safe handling of equipment.
• Field visits in relation to machinery health audits. attend periodic meetings with plant operation and maintenance personnel to discuss chronic issues and resolution.
• Experience in dealing with different kinds of products, especially combustion equipment.
• Experience in conducting reliability evaluation of all critical equipment by monitoring and analyze the operational data, maintenance records and equipment trends and recommended changes as appropriate in maintenance strategies and management indicators.
• Preparing bids, tenders, planning, estimation, and reporting.
• Evaluate and monitor the entire process of movement. Track shipments across different channels.
• Monitoring costing, operations profitability of equipment with quality and Safety standards.
• Prepares correspondence on daily basis on a variety of equipment related issues as required.
• Experienced in handling all kinds of equipment electrical and mechanical equipment, machinery, hand tools, ground support equipment.
• Working with major clients in middle east.
Experience And Qualifications
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in supply chain or any relate field.
• Fluency in English and other India languages.
• Total 15+ years of relevant experience working in the Industrial Services. Min 5+ years’ experience for managerial position.
• Total 7 to 8 yrs experience for Supervisory position.
• Proven track record of managing large team.
• The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
• The ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English is essential.
• Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences, both verbally and graphically
• Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposals.
• Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
• Knowledge of computers and basic software applications such as: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
